Bhubaneswar: The Indian Railways has decided to revise the timings of passenger trains running between Khurda Road junction and Nayagarh Town station in view of introduction of daily Sewa Express between Bhubaneswar and Nayagarh Town. The daily Sewa Express train service between Bhubaneswar and Nayagarh Town will commence from October 15 and the timings of earlier running passenger trains between Khurda Road and Nayagarh Town will be revised for operational feasibility, the national transporter said in statement. In view of this, 58431 Khurda Road-Nayagarh Town Passenger will leave Khurda Road at 8.20 am instead of earlier timings at 7.15 am and will reach Nayagarh Town at 9.45 am instead of 8.55 am. In the return direction, 58432 Nayagarh Town-Khurda Road passenger will leave Nayagarh Town at 10 am instead of earlier timings at 9.20 am and will reach Khurda Road at 11.45 am instead of earlier timing at 11.05 am. Similarly, 58429 Khurda Road-Nayagarh Town Passenger will leave Khurda Road at 8.15 pm instead of earlier timings at 7.30 pm and will reach Nayagarh Town at 9.40 pm instead of earlier timings at 9.10 pm. In the return direction, the timings of 58430 Nayagarh Town-Khurda Road passenger will remain unchanged. This train will leave Nayagarh Town at 5 am and will reach Khurda Road at 6.45 am. It can be mentioned here that union railways minister Piyush Goyal will inaugurate Bhubaneswar-Nayagarh Town Sewa Express through video conferencing from New Delhi on October 15 along with other 9 Sewa Express Trains in different parts of the country. Odisha ministers Padmanabha Behera, Arun Kumar Sahoo and Ashok Chandra Panda, MPs Pinaki Mishra and Aparajita Sarangi and other dignitaries will be present at the function to be held at Bhubaneswar Railway station on the occasion.
