**Extreme Slacks?**
We all know what slack time is and why it is given. But sometimes for some trains slack timing is given extremely long in some sections. It is a common phenomenon for MEMU/DEMU/Passenger trains, but sometimes we can see huge slacks in some M/E trains too. For example, if you see the tagged PNBE-KIUL MEMU TT (Screenshot attached), you will see that the time allotted for LKR-KIUL section (1.3 KM) is 1.5 hrs. This means in that section the avg speed of this train is less than 1KM/H, which is literally equivalent to the speed of a tortoise. Similar cases we can observe for express trains like 13134/13120 etc.
do you see such unusually long slacks?

Totally meaningless and unnecessary
Cheating case. just to show that the trains are punctual
Slack is needed. but should be much lesser and reasonable
It's practical. slack timing is given by considering many factors
It's needed to cover-up delay
I just imagine how the trains run in those sections in real life .P
Any other opinion (Please comment)
